The burger was dry, the onion rings were also dry, and the driver forgot my shake.
We've ordered from this restaurant multiple times and have always enjoyed great burgers. Unfortunately, this time the burgers were dry and overcooked, which is not what we're accustomed to. I hope this is just an isolated incident, but I'm really disappointed this time around.
I thank the DoorDasher for my hot meal, we usually get cold or barely warm food. Prepared to perfection by burger den. It was beyond delicious and I think it was the dasher caring about bring us hot food.
We had a fairly large party. It was late Friday afternoon. So it was packed. We only had to wait for less than 15 minutes. Out Server was quick, efficient and very attentive. The only critique I had was some (about half of our party) of the food was cold.Otherwise it was ok.
I do enjoy Dennys in Ocoee, the people are friendly the food is always hot. I usually choose the specials or all you can eat! Always like to be seated in Portia Jennifer?s area, where I get the best of service!
