The food was mostly good, but there were a few issues. The fries were cold, soggy, and needed more seasoning. The cinnamon roll was tough, crusty, and chewy, resembling biscuit dough rather than a traditional roll. On the brighter side, the chicken strips and chicken sandwich were both juicy and flavorful, and the burger was quite delicious, although slightly dry. The milkshake would have been outstanding if it hadn't melted and warmed up before being served.
This restaurant has really declined! The air conditioning hasn't worked in ages. I've come in during the evening, and the employees were arguing loudly while the manager seemed completely indifferent. The staff were sweating while preparing food. My experience during the night shift was terrible. They clearly don't care, and I no longer want to spend my money there. Good riddance!
As a part of Carl's Jr. and Hardee's, I expected the menu to be relatively consistent. However, I was disappointed to find that they didn’t offer the star nuggets for kids. Honestly, what child really wants a hot dog in their kids' meal? I believe they should provide a wider variety of options that appeal to children.
I normally do not comment on chain burger joints, but seriously people, the Hardee's Famous Star burger smokes most anything from the other burger joints. I really do not get it, why more people do not go for their burgers. I believe people have forgotthis place and advertising the Mac has beat them down.
Best takeout hamburger I have had in a long time especially since COVID. It is refreshing to get what you paid for. Thank you so much
