Hate that Tim sold his place. The unfortunate part is the new owners didn't continue with his recipe. The bagels are not great. The everything bagel has very little seasoning on just one side, Tim's had quite a bit on both sides. I did call and ask if they were using Tim's recipe, I was told they changed it a little....
