Hate that Tim sold his place. The unfortunate part is the new owners didn't continue with his recipe. The bagels are not great. The everything bagel has very little seasoning on just one side, Tim's had quite a bit on both sides. I did call and ask if they were using Tim's recipe, I was told they changed it a little.... Breakfast was well done. Bacon Egg on a bagel was great. Staff is excellent and service was fast. We will make it a regular stop.

I’m really disappointed that Tim sold his shop. The sad part is that the new owners didn’t stick to his recipes. The bagels just aren’t that good anymore. The everything bagel barely has any seasoning on one side, while Tim’s had plenty on both sides. I called to ask if they were using Tim's recipe, and I was informed they made some changes... WHY??? Don’t fix what isn’t broken. Every Sunday morning, having a bagel from Tim’s was our routine, but now it’s just not the same. New owners, please go back to Tim's recipe! Your bagels taste like everyone else's now.
The best bagels! We visit every year during our vacation, and we love it! The homemade spreads are also fantastic!
This is the best breakfast place in Brunswick County. I currently live in Texas and only manage to return to Sunset Beach once or twice a year, but visiting Tim's is always on my must-do list. Despite being away for so long, Tim always remembers my name and we enjoy chatting about college football and other topics that come to mind. The food is fantastic, and the people here are wonderful.
