I often go, at least once, every other day, and I never went to a single rude employee. Even if they seem like they don't have the biggest day, they're still very polite. Well, I went through today's drive thru, and an employee named Kirsten, was friendly, very friendly and very easy to talk about. All this I feel are good reasons to leave a 5-star review. I'm not going to mention everything I dislike about this store, but I will warn everyone that the store is closed for no apparent reason, and the drive thru is the only way to order. Meanwhile, the drive thru line takes FOREVER and the customer service is shameful.
