I often go, at least once, every other day, and I never went to a single rude employee. Even if they seem like they don't have the biggest day, they're still very polite. Well, I went through today's drive thru, and an employee named Kirsten, was friendly, very friendly and very easy to talk about. All this I feel are good reasons to leave a 5-star review. What Rebekah Bieber doesn't like about Starbucks:
I'm not going to mention everything I dislike about this store, but I will warn everyone that the store is closed for no apparent reason, and the drive thru is the only way to order. Meanwhile, the drive thru line takes FOREVER and the customer service is shameful. I ordered a drink and not even 10 minutes after I ordered it, I spilled it over my vehicle and went back. I just mentioned who worked at Starbucks, which I just came through there, and I spilled my drink, so I had to buy another one and they just made it to me and gave it to me for free, it was very unexpected, but very appreciated.
Great experience every time. The Baristas are friendly and helpful. Very polite, friendly and professional.
I visit this place daily even on the busiest days they still are so nice kind. that can go a long way in someone's day I just want you to know I see it appreciate it! thank you for always making some bomb a coffee!
