LOVE LOVE JJ's! Occasionally Delivery order is wrong, few small mistakes over several years of ordering, ie: asked no dressing/mayo on sammie and there was, forgot cookie, no extra tomatoes when requested, etc. But they ALWAYS make it right/make up for their mistakes.MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT...The CLOSING TIME!!! 9PM??? What Truth Hurts doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
Right now JJ is likely my favorite sub place. Nearly always get a 14 and have always been happy with it. Stopped at this one first time as we’re in the area and had a first time experience. We ordered two #14 combos and both had a lot of gristle in the roast beef. My wife actually took her toasted beef out and you could see it speckled in chunks throughout.
