Waiting for over 10 minutes for my order and the following 5 people who have ordered after me get their food first. Half of which ordered the same burger get theirs first. The back end is extremely slow. I wasted a good chunk of my break waiting for them to catch up. This isn't the first time either. The location outside of the mall is so much better.
