Nothing against anyone that works here because this is not their fault. The new system they are using where you order at the register is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered plain bagels, not sliced and not with cream cheese or anything else. It has now been 30 minutes and I'm still waiting for my six bagels. Absolutely a terrible process.
