Nothing against anyone that works here because this is not their fault. The new system they are using where you order at the register is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered plain bagels, not sliced and not with cream cheese or anything else. It has now been 30 minutes and I'm still waiting for my six bagels. Absolutely a terrible process. Decent selection of bagels, spreads, and bagley sandwiches.
My boyfriend and me arrived a few minutes ago to the restaurant and the employees were so rude because they ignored us all the time when we tried to order, and they were not busy , we preferred to left the place, but is something sad that now the restaurant have a bad customer service
I had the best bagel ever. I love it. (Farm house). The service was great. I will definitely come back.
Picked up 6 everything bagels. Long wait. Busy store.
Bagels not in stock. We have gone there two weekends in a row between 7-9 am and they have been out of plain bagels both times with a wait time of 10-15 minutes for more plain bagels. Friendly service but disappointing they don't have things in stock repeatedly.
