What mark C doesn't like about Sbarro:
Was just there this evening with my kid, and let's just say, I won't be going back any time soon. The young female employee was lacking personally and was kinda rude. As though she wanted me to cash out before completing my order. My son's pizza was fine, but mine was ice cold. Large slices of big customer service with big booties
When I get to the HIP, I usually go to Sbarro and snore a pep pizza. Solid pizza.

Pizza was greasy and tasteless. Customer service was terrible.
The pizza was very dry looking and could have used just a little more saice
