Staff is really good and usually nice! Today they closed at 7:00 for a staff appreciation day, which is very nice, but my sister and I didnt know and went to open the doors at 6:55 just to have some of the staff inside laugh at her trying to open it : Service: Take out Price per person: CA$1–10 View all feedback.
What Sebastian Steinbach doesn't like about Chatime:
Normally service and food is great however the switch to paper bags from plastic is inconvenient and causing issues. Me family and friends all have been experiencing the paper bags ripping at the bottom after getting wet from the moisture of the drinks.
