We waited five minutes to be served while poorly trained staff attended to customers out of order. Eventually, a rather grumpy staff member came to help us. When I asked for a coffee, I was told, "Well, you’ll have to wait." Ten minutes later, the coffee arrived, and it was cold. I had to wait another five minutes just to order hot water to warm it up.
