There is ALWAYS a 10-15 minute wait here. The other day we ordered a cup of coffee. Just coffee. We had to wait 5 minutes at the drive through window to get it. While there was a line 15 cars deep behind us. I 'm not sure if they needed to make a fresh pot or what was happening, because no one came up to give us a status update or ask us to pull into a spot to wait. Not even a sorry for the delay .
