The menu features delicious sushi rolls and appetizers, with the server providing helpful recommendations on portion sizes. The quality of the fish is excellent, and the prices are fair for the area. Regular customers appreciate the fresh sushi and consistent service at Yuba, making it one of their favorite spots in the neighborhood. With attentive staff and a menu full of tasty options, including unique dishes like California Uni and truffle salmon sushi, Yuba is a solid choice for a sushi dinner in the Big Apple. Overall, Yuba offers a top-notch Japanese cuisine experience with delicious food, friendly service, and a warm atmosphere that keeps diners coming back for more.

What Cora Walter doesn't like about Yuba:
The food and service at Yuba are always quite good. It is usually fairly quiet, too, and I appreciate that. This time, however, Yuba was rather noisy. It 's a fairly small restaurant, and two noisy tables made the whole restaurant energetic, to say the least. Too bad, as that level of noise made the whole dining experience less pleasant.
