Norma Gastronomia Siciliana - New York

What Andrew likes about Norma Gastronomia Siciliana:
**Ordered Items:** Stuffed Artichoke, Small Charcuterie Board, Prosciutto and Arugula Pizza The food was excellent with generous portions. The service was mostly good, though we did experience a bit of a wait when trying to request the bill. The location and outdoor patio were comfortable and cozy.

What Matt H doesn't like about Norma Gastronomia Siciliana:
I ordered online. Showed up 20 minutes later. Pizza was not started. I was the only person there. Rude guy asked me to wait outside. They still have not started my pizza and it's been 35 minutes.
