Not what we expect from a superior hotel. Towels like sandpaper. No robes. High tub to climb over to shower. No way to see bill on tv monitor for auto checkout. Two nights were during a big music festival. The lobby was wall-to-wall people, most dancing to very loud music. Our room was on the 14th floor yet we heard music until 2 am. View all feedback.
