I placed an online order around 10 AM and scheduled delivery for 11:45 AM. By 11:50 AM, my pizza still hadn’t arrived, so I called the store. They informed me that they didn’t have a delivery driver available and couldn’t say when one would be. I asked to speak with a manager, but I was put on hold and no one returned to the call.
