Bradbeers coffee shop received mixed reviews from customers. Some complained about slow and poor service, with issues including congealed coffee and lackluster bacon paninis, while others praised the exceptional service and pleasant atmosphere. Overall, the restaurant seems to have issues to address, such as training staff and improving quality control, but also has potential to provide a pleasant dining experience with polite service and a warm atmosphere.

Whilst shopping in New Milton i popped into Bradbeers which is a lovely departmental store. After shopping i needed a coffee so went into the upstairs Cafe, there is lift access if you cannot manage the stairs. I enjoyed a cappuccino and bacon sandwich for breakfast, it was really lovely bacon, served hot, friendly staff. If you are out shopping in New Milton, i would recommend this cafe. View all feedback.
