Description

Bradbeers coffee shop received mixed reviews from customers. Some complained about slow and poor service, with issues including congealed coffee and lackluster bacon paninis, while others praised the exceptional service and pleasant atmosphere. Despite some disappointing experiences, many appreciated the friendly staff and selection of food. Overall, the restaurant seems to have issues to address, such as training staff and improving quality control, but also has potential to provide a pleasant dining experience with polite service and a warm atmosphere.

No options labelled on menu for vegan customer. Cheese scone did not taste of cheese and was under cooked and tasted disgusting. One small crumpet £1.30 and had to pay extra 50p for small jar of jam to accompany it. Fruit salad £3.50 and hardly any fruit in small dish. Would not choose to eat here again. One good thing, the coffee was great!

This is a lovely waitress service restaurant that was very busy on a Monday morning. which says a lot about the place. Tables were cleared and cleaned promptly. The cups were a nice size without being buckets! I particularly enjoyed the Hot Chocolate.

I moved to New Milton in 2005 and only discovered today that Bradbeers are not only doing teas, coffees, cakes and lunches in the restaurant but also offering an amazing breakfast selection. Everything was spot on and of good quality. 5* for the sausage and bacon! Well looked after by all, Bev, George co and even the chef Christian came out to say hi! This place should be busier. No mention outside of breakfast and maybe a menu would help fill up the restaurant.

Whilst shopping in New Milton i popped into Bradbeers which is a lovely departmental store. After shopping i needed a coffee so went into the upstairs Cafe, there is lift access if you cannot manage the stairs. I enjoyed a cappuccino and bacon sandwich for breakfast, it was really lovely bacon, served hot, friendly staff. If you are out shopping in New Milton, i would recommend this cafe.

Waiter/waitress service- very nice and all the food cooked well. Lovely tea and coffee all served in a very nice atmosphere- old fashioned which in this place means classy- so often not the case. Try this restaurant- good food- lovely service- first class.
