What Betty doesn't like about Calabria Italian:
The cheese and garlic bread, made from frozen rolls, was dry. The shrimp fettuccini lacked garlic and flavor, but had mushrooms and some kind of green herb. The fact that there were only two cars in front of the restaurant should have been a red flag. When I spoke with the owner, he mentioned that it was the same recipe they had been using for years.
