had such a good night with the band playing this pub has the best atmosphere from every pub for miles, it is so refreshing, the personal smile and really enjoy them themselves and what they do it shows this pub is now in good hands, the buffet was so good, the kartoffelsalat! to die. a great experience and the owner is very rude from no ground and not disturbing to get a plate, not the price worth at all, unless they pay 20 a head for bri cheese and full baby gurke on a teller like the dogs breakfast. I would also not recommend bringing family or children there. View all feedback.
Five stars for style and atmosphere! The bar is fantastic, and there are some wonderfully eerie touches throughout. Just a heads up: it can get quite chilly in your room in June. The friendly staff will provide a heater, which helps (at least for half of the room). However, you should note that it lacks some typical hotel comforts, such as a private bathroom, soundproofing from road noise, and breakfast service. Despite these drawbacks, it was still a very intriguing experience. We might consider returning in the summer!
Disappointing experience! Overpriced and poor service! When we visited, it felt like the waitress was just reading from a script, which made for an awkward interaction. It was also disheartening to discover that there was no tap beer at a hotel with such a rich history. It’s puzzling why they would transform a historic pub into a restaurant only. I've heard that locals are quite disappointed with the changes made to this establishment. On a more positive note, at least it’s being maintained and isn’t falling into disrepair, so it will continue to exist.

It was OK, stopped in for a meal but the bistro was booked out by an engagement party, had a beer in the bar and left. Service: 3 Location: 3
