had such a good night with the band playing this pub has the best atmosphere from every pub for miles, it is so refreshing, the personal smile and really enjoy them themselves and what they do it shows this pub is now in good hands, the buffet was so good, the kartoffelsalat! to die. a great experience and the owner is very rude from no ground and not disturbing to get a plate, not the price worth at all, unless they pay 20 a head for bri cheese and full baby gurke on a teller like the dogs breakfast. I would also not recommend bringing family or children there. View all feedback.
The service was quite disappointing; our food took a long time to arrive, and others who came after us were served first. When the food finally came, the steak was very undercooked—I requested medium, but it was practically blue. The mashed potatoes were subpar, with barely half a potato mixed in, and they were dry and lacking in flavor. The vegetables were limp and served cold. We informed the staff, who indicated that they would issue a refund, but that has yet to happen. The only redeeming quality of the meal was that the schnitzel was decent, though only satisfactory at best and filling. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant unless you’re okay with mediocre food and service.
I stopped by for a beer and a squash. There was a young man at the bar sporting a Dark Side of the Moon t-shirt, which I found quite impressive. Overall, I would rate the service a 4 and the location a 4 as well.
I stopped by for a beer on my way home from work this afternoon. I waited at the bar for 10 minutes without seeing any staff. Eventually, I decided to ring the bell and was greeted by an unhappy bartender who seemed irritated by my presence. Her customer service was lacking, and her beer pouring skills were even worse. I then sat outside and noticed her spending half an hour sitting with locals on her phone. It may be a laid-back pub, but really? Service: 1.
