**Older Review:** My wife and I were looking to try a new restaurant for breakfast and ended up at Café Pepita in National City. I ordered ham and eggs to-go, while my wife opted for huevos a la mexicana, along with a couple of coffees. The service was excellent—quick and friendly—and the food was delicious. We really enjoyed the meal. The takeout packaging was of good quality, which meant it didn’t end up in my lap while eating in the car. I can't believe we have passed by this fantastic restaurant so many times without noticing it. We’ll definitely come back when we’re nearby!.

What User doesn't like about Pepita's Cafe:
Nastiest place ever came in one day fro breakfast horrible smell as I enter the place walked over to a table but could not even sit because of the nasty and horrible smell walked out almost throwing up. NEVER AGAIN smell was like old nasty cooking oil also old grease smell eewwgh!! View all feedback.
