So I use the mobile drive thru so I can quickly get through the line right? But then now they start serving regular drive through customers all the way back to where last car is standing. So now mobile drive thru is not so fast as it used to be which defeats the purpose. So can't just get food quick before running to a meeting. Speed is now same with regular and mobile drive thru. Ricardo needs training on how to handle handicapped guests. Ricardo made me go back to the long line because the cashier forgot to ring up a small drink for my 5 years old.
