So I use the mobile drive thru so I can quickly get through the line right? But then now they start serving regular drive through customers all the way back to where last car is standing. So now mobile drive thru is not so fast as it used to be which defeats the purpose. So can't just get food quick before running to a meeting. Speed is now same with regular and mobile drive thru. Ricardo needs training on how to handle handicapped guests. Ricardo made me go back to the long line because the cashier forgot to ring up a small drink for my 5 years old. Their service speed got better, at least in the drive through.

I just had the worst service experience I 've ever had at a Chick-fil-A. I think it was so frustrating because it should have been so simple. I made my order in the drive through, including a large lemonade, a medium lemonade, and a medium Arnold Palmer (unsweetened tea and lemonade), and went to the pickup window. They verified my name then handed me 2 drinks and said root beer and sun joy. I told them I didn 't order either of those and tried to give the drinks back but they would not take them. I insisted, because I didn 't have anywhere to put them and wouldn 't be drinking them. I understand they can 't resell them but I didn 't have a place for them along with the drinks I actually ordered. They finally took the drinks back after I told them several times I did not order those drinks. They finally remade the Arnold Palmer but would not give me a lemonade in place of a root beer because the lemonade is more expensive. They wanted to refund me for the root beer and then charge me for the lemonade, which seems ridiculous since I didn 't order the root beer! I wish they would have offered a better solution like offering a different medium drink or giving me a small lemonade instead of a medium. I would have done either of those things, but the manager who came to the window flatly told me they would not give me a lemonade unless I did the refund and repurchase. I said it wasn 't worth it. I told them that they forgot to put the sauces in the bag. They handed me 4 sauces and I left with 2 drinks. I didn 't get a refund for the root beer. The way the 3 employees looked at me during this was honestly so strange, too. It 's like they had no idea how to handle an incorrect order. It was really weird! A significant portion of the fast food job is being able to effectively take orders, get them recorded correctly, and communicate with customers. All 4 of the employees I interacted with had deficiencies in these skills. Only one of them seemed even slightly interested in solving any of these simple problems... The one who chose to remake the Arnold Palmer. I appreciate that he actually tried. I 'm sorry he has to deal with the policy of refusing to correct orders that weren 't taken correctly!
Ordered a $14 dollar salad and when I went to eat it, I opened the lid and took a bite… I threw it up… The chicken was MUSH, zero texture, like pudding…Absolutely disgusting. I cook and know this chicken has to be at least a week old and rotten. If you charge $15 dollars for a salad, at least use fresh chicken. This is a franchise and all you have to do is look who owns it to see why this is being sold. 07-2024 Called to talk to manager but can only get a answering service who could care less… Never even offered my money back. I never received a cll back about this and now that they are being exposed as selling rotten food they think all of you reading this will believe they did something. They have done nothing. I WILL NOT eat Chik Fil A again because I saw the rotting garbage they sold me. I will update this when I post the video to TikTok and Youtube showing how disgusting it truly was. ROTTEN
