Trashiest shake shack on the eastern seaboard. If you have a pick up order, you literally have to ask if it 's been made rather than them calling your name. After a few minutes had past my pick up time and my name was not called I figured I would ask if there was an order for 'xyz ' ... then, the ONE person I could actually get to make eye contact with me grabs a bag that had been sitting for God knows how long.
