However, the service can be hit or miss, with some patrons experiencing long wait times and order mishaps. While certain staff members are praised for their exceptional service, others seem overwhelmed, leading to frustration. Despite these concerns, diners appreciate the overall quality of the food, particularly favorites like the honey BBQ chicken supermelt. While the space can feel cramped for larger families, the warm environment ensures a welcoming experience for most visitors.

The highlight of this restaurant is its location. I usually wouldn’t opt to dine here, but since I'll already be at the mall, I figure I might as well indulge a little.
The food is good, and the staff is nice, but if you have a large family (mine is 5), you're limited space-wise. It's very cramped towards the back of the restaurant.
I visited the restaurant with my daughters and, after being seated, we received our menus. However, we waited for about 20 minutes without anyone coming to take our drink orders. During this time, I noticed that other customers who were seated after us were being attended to. I eventually had to flag someone down to inquire about our waitress, who was busy serving other tables around us while completely overlooking us. There was no apology for the delay. By that point, we had already decided on what we wanted, so I placed our entire order with her. Throughout our visit, it seemed like the waitress was focused on her other tables, and I consistently had to signal for her attention, even for those seated after us. To top it off, the burger I ordered tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. Crystal, you really dropped the ball on this one.
The service was decent, but I’ve had issues with my order the last two times I visited. I usually order a 1/2 lb double cheeseburger without any toppings and fries. The first time, I received a single burger with toppings and no fries. The last visit was similar; I got a single burger with fries but still had the toppings. Please, let's get my simple order right!
I had the worst meal I've ever experienced. I've been visiting this place for 6 years, but my last three visits were terrible. The service was incredibly disappointing. I ordered a patty melt, and it was a complete disaster.
