We went for lunch to Mitani and followed the advice of a friend to be there 20 min before the opening. When we arrived, people already have been queuing. So when you are a bigger party you should be quite early, as they don't take reservations for lunch. I have eaten here before and liked the food. However, it is impossible to come without a reservation and making a reservation is extremely difficult. This is not because the restaurant is exceptional but more because no one ever seems to answer the phone and service at the restaurant is ridiculously slow.
