This is a constant family restaurant of the best quality. I moved to Mount Shasta in 1955, and The Piedmont is the best place to have a great, high quality meal with friendly service and fair prices since. Piedmont is a shortening of the Italian Piedmonte, chosen by the family. Try the Filet Steak. I doubt you can finish it and I know you'll never forget it!
