Was it a few minutes early to pick up an order, they did not have my order ready (as expected because I was early), they offered me a free pulp and informed me my order was put together. I had to run a funeral for 10 minutes when I came back, the owner had my order ready, apologized (which was not necessary) and gave me a really nice surprise with my order. A great experience!...
