Well i tried to order from the drive thru and it was 905 , so the store would have remained open for another hour and 25 minutes but when I went through the dri... read more Well i tried to order from the drive thru and it was 905 , so the store would have remained open for another hour and 25 minutes but when I went through the drive-through all of a sudden they were out of roast beef they were out of turkey, french fries andthree or four other items I tried to order ! Basically they just didn?t wanna make our food! i work in restaurants industry andi have customers who come in right at our closing time yea it?s not fun but we still serve them but this arbys had nearly snentire hour before they closed! Not to mention the 3 employees who were outside smoking laughing and joking about you guessedit being out of the entire menu !

While my past experiences here were pretty forgettable, this time the excellent customer service made all the difference. Both the cashier and the manager were genuinely engaging with customers, not just focused on quickly serving food. It truly made a positive impact.
