We have done the via degli dei (by mountain bike) 3 times, and each time we spend a night at Sasso Rosso. It is of course also easily accessible by road. The same couple have run it for at least these 4 years and are extremely friendly, helpful and generous. The food (all local, and much home grown made) is excellent.
