best service I have ever received in new york, and that comes from someone who has worked for over a decade as server! server alex was amazing and went beyond and beyond! she freed my milk, was very pleasant and a true joy. the food was also delicious and the owner even came by to say hi and asked if I needed something. loved the feeling of family and even the regulars were friendly. I called in 3 sandwiches to go, came to the cafe and then waited for an hour. only because they ask me to repeat my order, they never did it. if they can not treat three sandwiches even on a busy day, they should not be in business or have a staff that can handle a hurry. very poor service every time I go here. will never come again that I was wasting.
