Went there with my mother and sister when we were taking my sister to work. Had trouble getting the payment down, but eventually we got it. Food was awesome, the burger was tender and savory, the fries were amazing and done well, and the tea was one of the best I have ever experienced. 2 lanes to order were open. We waited at the outside lane for 15 minutes and we were ignored. We moved back into the main line and as soon as we left another persons order was taken at the other ordering station. Then we waited again at the ordering station for service for another 10 minutes. Then after we finally got to the front it took another 15 minutes to get us our food then it was all wrong and it took another 10 minutes to fix it.
