They leave bones in their sashimi!!! Never in my life, even at the worst sushi places, have I encountered bones in my sashimi. All I got was 8 salmon sashimi pieces and that came with 1 salmon scale, 2 bones, and skin left on almost every sashimi piece. Never again. Can't imagine what the rest of the food could be like...
