Ok so I ordered a heart shaped cookie cake with “SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS” on it in orange! The writing on the cake looked like a 2 year old wrote it! It was terrible and the manager or whatever that old lady was just looked at me like I was speaking in a foreign language letting her no that that chicken scratch was unacceptable!!!!
