It was our first visit to Franks, and we found the atmosphere to be very comfortable and relaxing. We had made a reservation, but were seated in the bartender's section. On Valentine's night, he was managing the bar and at least four tables, which made for a busy environment. As a result, my tea glass was empty for most of the time we were there.
