Tucked into Moab’s Food Truck Park, Paninis Plus turns out made-to-order paninis and fresh fruit smoothies that many say rank among the town’s best. Expect standout smoked turkey, eggplant parm, kofte and vegan choices served with house pickles, chips and bold sauces, plus friendly, welcoming service. It’s casual outdoor dining perfect after a ride or stroll—just note seating can be limited and a few menu items are on the pricier side.
Excellent looking for vegetarian in Moab this was perfect! The Need Power smoothie and the Eggplant Parm panini both were really good and the service was a delight too highly recommended!
I discovered the Food Truck Park only on my penultimate day in Moab and that is regrettable! Visited Panini Plus two days in a row for lunch. I can honestly say the smoked turkey panini was the finest I ever ate. Prepared freshly to order it was quiteoutstanding. Day 2 I had exactly the same! Go, whatever else you do in Moab go to the Park and enjoy a panini.
I had a fantastic experience at Paninis Plus in Moab, a perfect spot for vegetarians! The Need Power Smoothie and the Eggplant Parm Panini from their menu were both delicious, and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant!
Discovered this Moab Food Truck park and chose to order a panini from this particular truck. We ordered a vegan panini which came with pickled chillies , carrots and chips. The panini was delicious and the owner was very friendly. Would suggest thisfood truck if you ever visit the area.
Tried their smoky turkey panini and it was fantastic. Only thing is that the prices are a bit on the higher side. Highly recommended.
