Very poor experience today. Took 30 min to get 2 coffee drinks, but our hot(? sandwiches were ready in 2 minutes. Outside tables were dirty. Need more machines, and stop closing nearby locations that cause other locations to be impacted. Even though workers were doing the best they could under these conditions, we will not return.
