My complaint is the inconsistent opening times. Twice now we have shown up at 11 o'clock for lunch which is their listed opening time and both times they were still closed. This last time was the worst because myself and 4 other people were sitting in their parking lot waiting for them to actually open and after waiting for about 20 minutes we all left.
