Wish their membership was less costly. But I do use it every chance I get. Store itself is great. Great variety available. Staff is mostly available. Wish they still had the kiosks, so we could check availability of in-store items. Online site, not much help. View all feedback.

I ordered a book and paid $8.99 for expedited shipping, 2-3 business days. I ordered on a Tuesday morning and it went UPS. I got a notification the order was delayed. 6 days to arrive! Not 2, not 3, but SIX. They would not refund me for the expectation of 2-3 business days. FAILURE!!!!! TERRIBLE BUSINESS. THEFT! View all feedback.
