We didn't have such good experiences. We had a new very nice waiting person who appeared new and tried very hard. Old coffee from another table!! She apologized, but didn't bring us a new pot. We had to add it to our old coffee. I should have insisted on new cups, but it was annoyed that she would make us DIDN'T. They're looking for their feelings.
