Disappointing is how I'd describe Brasco. Pork belly was my main and it looked super but the reality was it was soggy on top. Let's face it we shouldn't really eat PB because it's full of fat but I eat it anyway because the skin and fat are usually full of flavor. Not this one. View all feedback.
