Staff very friendly and addresses customer concerns quickly. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because the burgers (even though they're hot and tasty) don't look anything like the picture on the menu. The meat isn't as thick as pictured, it's not as tender and juicy as it was back in the 70s. But still it's better than some other fast food places. I went there two days ago got a salad and a Dave's lemonade cuz they were out of the Dave's strawberry lemonade it tasted like toilet water and today I went back and got a salad again I ordered a cookie and a strawberry lemonade I get to my house the strawberry lemonade tastes like toilet water even worse than the other one and they forgot my cookie they won't answer the phone I've called several times left messages...
