Always busy, especially at Wkends, but you can't go wrong with IHOP, food is always great. I ordered the order online, which was faster. I was impressed to leave something as small as their containers, were redesigned to keep not only the pancakes separated, but the container tops can be used as plates, so nothing becomes so delicate or spilled easily. This place was so dirty. I just gave him a star because the food looked good. Each where u looked was covered with Grimm and under cabins there was a layer of dust from floors not cleaned. Each wall and wall of stands were as nasty as if it had never been wiped since they opened. View all feedback.
