We order here weekly, as it is my 6 year old daughter Fave Well, we ordered tonight, and there was a Mishap with 1 pizza. I called and spoke to the staff and let them know that my picky dinner was upset when it was their special pizza. The manager and team members were extremely professional and made a fresh one. I had the worst experience at this restaurant. I typically don't like to complain, but my order was a mess. They brought me the wrong sauce, and the food was dry and tough. To make matters worse, the server who delivered my food looked at me as if I were a monster and turned bright red. It felt uncomfortable when they handed me my food instead of placing it on my tray.
