We order here weekly, as it is my 6 year old daughter Fave Well, we ordered tonight, and there was a Mishap with 1 pizza. I called and spoke to the staff and let them know that my picky dinner was upset when it was their special pizza. The manager and team members were extremely professional and made a fresh one. I had the worst experience at this restaurant. I typically don't like to complain, but my order was a mess. They brought me the wrong sauce, and the food was dry and tough. To make matters worse, the server who delivered my food looked at me as if I were a monster and turned bright red. It felt uncomfortable when they handed me my food instead of placing it on my tray. Do not cover with the thin crust pizza. it is the most tasteless cracker with the great price. so disappointing and a waist. Maybe it was the good-looking thing I used. or something, never again. the supplier was very nice. he should keep going.
WOW AMAZING Customer service I ordered my pizza, only to see it was very delayed. Called the store and spoke with the manager who said their driver hadn't arrived to work, and that orders may be canceled. Not long after I got a text that my order was canceled, and within 10 mins of that the manager arrived with my pizza, at NO CHARGE! That my friends is customer service. Dean M
The lady named Jenna, claiming to be the general manager (haha no way she's a manager) had no customer service and yelled at me. I placed an order online said it would be done at 11:04 I walked in at 11:04 and told me they didn't get it until right then. And all 3 employees were standing there doing nothing! So she yelled at me and said I could go somewhere else. Horrible horrible will never ever go back. And will be pushing this up the chain. Already calling corporate's number.
I have had issues at least 3 times. I order meals for my kids on the weekend, I order at a decent time, but never get my order until 2 hours later.. which I understand places can get busy. But it apparently took them an hour to prep 4 pizzas to go into the oven… I’ll most definitely be changing my delivery store to a different one after this.. my kids are hungry and it’s ridiculous..
Quick and easy ordering and pick up process. Our large order was ready exactly as promised, and they got everything exactly right down to the sauces. Love their $5.99 mix and match carry out deal ?
