The food was excellent! The staff was incredibly courteous, and I really appreciated that my water was served in a Mason jar. It was my first visit, and I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary pork skins; being from out of state, it was a delightful experience. I really hate to give them only three stars, but here’s why. I ordered the mac and cheese as a side with my brisket plate, and it tasted like a cheap, store-bought microwave version and was served cold. One thing that BBQ places usually excel at is their sides, and I was happy to find that my home fries were quite good.
