Caribbean grilled fish - Melbourne

I have always wanted to try the grilled fish here, but my partner doesn't like that kind of dish. We ended up ordering a few items from the 'snack' menu instead. There aren't many options if you don't want the signature bbq/grilled fish. We tried the fried bread, dumplings, and bbq chicken wings, all of which were excellent. I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered their Signature beer sauce dish with Barramundi/Murray cod, but was disappointed when the waiter spilled half a bottle of beer onto my meal.
