At around 1330 on Sunday, 7 May, 2023 I ordered my chocolate slim-n-trim. They informed me that they were out of bananas but could substitute peanut butter. When I got my smoothie it was weak and tasteless. I returned it immediately and was told it was because of the missing bananas and said they couldn't give me a refund. The two young gentlemen that were working behind the counter this afternoon (14 June 2022) were having a conversation when I walked up. When I got the attention of one of them, he promptly and rudely told me they were closed. This was 30min prior to the posted closing time. I will not be returning to this location for a long time.
